Linzer Pflasterspektakel

Every year there is a huge street festival in Linz called "Pflasterspektakel" - Hunderts of street artists from all over the world come to Upper Austria to perform in the center of the city.

A website I can highly recommend: http://www.bildblog.de! - Unfortunatley its only in German!

Its a blog which investigates articles that are published in the German tabloid newspaper “Bild Zeitung”. Its very well written, sometimes entertaining, sometimes shocking on how "Bild Zeitung" tries (and successfully) manipulates the public opinion on certain issues by changing important facts and details.

Underneath Linz

Yesterday I visited the old bunkers and tunnels of Linz that where built during the Nazi-Regime to protect the local people from bombings. A very sad and depressing tour, but at the same time highly interresting and of educational value.
